Vendor Info
Who should apply? Antique Dealers, Boutique Owners, Small Business Owners, Handmade Artisans, Etsy makers, food vendors, etc.
What to expect? We would like to fill 100+ spaces available at the Barn Fest. Please feel free to fill out an application, that will be juried in.
Booth Space Fee $75 for Indoor spaces (limited to 30), Outdoor spaces (limited to 70), Spaces are first come first serve basis. (as you apply and fees are paid, you may request your space) If you are approved as a vendor, you may choose as many spaces as available. Electricity provided for $10 a day.
Tent Needed? A tent is encouraged for outdoors, but not required. We do not rent out tents.
Table/Chair Rental We encourage you bring your own table and chairs. If you need a table and/or chairs we will have them for rent for $10 each for two days.
Set Up Set up will be Thursday, April 29 between 3-6pm and Friday, April 30 7am-8:45am. If you arrive at 7am on first the day of the event make sure you are ready by the time early attendees come at 9am sharp. If you think set up will take longer please make not in vendor application. We can let you know more details once we get you set up as a vendor.
Note Please consider adding one day liability insurance to your booth. Most home owner’s policies will have an affordable option.
Meadow Brook Barn is not responsible for any loss of product, loss of sales opportunity, or injury occurred in your space. Due to unfortunate weather or unforeseen accidents. Please make sure all items are secured and free from falling.
We are no longer accepting vendors for our Spring 2021 event but if you have any interest in doing our Fall 2021 event on Aug 6-7, please fill out this form. All entries are juried in.

FAQS
What are you doing to keep people safe?
We are following the CDC guidelines for this area. We require that all people wear face masks. Social distance in open-air marketplace set up.
Is admission free?
Yes, it is free to attend. We just ask that you pay $6 for parking.
Where do I park?
There will be parking attendants directing you to a spot to park in the grassy area in our fields.
What days and times is the barn fest?
Friday, April 30 at 9am-7pm and Saturday, May 1 at 9am-7pm.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Although it is an indoor/outdoor setting we ask that you keep your pets at home. We take pride in keeping are area nice for weddings and other events.
Should I bring cash?
Most vendors will accept credit cards or debit cards but it would be wise to bring cash in case they only take cash.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have a nice facility inside the barn. Just because it is a barn don’t treat it like you are animals.
Will you be open rain or shine?
Yes, some vendors will be inside the barn and those that are outside will have tents. If we would be to reschedule we will post dates and information on our Facebook page.
